Just a few miles from downtown Lancaster, the Milky Way is quite visible on a clear moonless night. There is lots of light pollution lighting up the foreground and giving wonderful color to the sky.
Ohio has many beautiful farms where fields are plowed in perfect symmetry. What a serene place this would be to live.
In the Hocking Hills area of southeast Ohio is Rockhouse. The cave is quite dark so I used a long exposure to gather enough light to bring out the spectacular colors of the rock walls.
Circleville has a very well attended Pumpkin Festival every year. The downtown streets are full of vendors where you can get anything pumpkin from clothes to sweets to trinkets.
Old Man's Cave is in the Hocking Hills area of southeast Ohio. The trail through the gorge is several miles long and features many beautiful waterfalls.

Fall colors in the trees, calm water in the pond and an inviting dock. What more could we ask for?
A clearing storm has left a drop covered leaf in its wake. As long as there is no lightning in the area a wake through the woods in the rain can reveal many treasures.
A little south of Danville, Ohio is the lovely Honey Run Waterfalls, a very short walk from the car park. You can also easily view the falls from above via another short trail.
